Integrated Approach
We provide a holistic and therapeutic approach to supporting every pupil. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans help staff understand each young person’s individual profile, communication and support needs. These plans are regularly reviewed to ensure support remains personalised, responsive and effective.
The Thrive approach is embedded throughout the school, supporting emotional development and wellbeing across all aspects of school life. Our integrated therapeutic services include speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and clinical support. These professionals work closely with education staff to provide a joined-up approach that supports each pupil’s learning, wellbeing and independence.
Our holistic approach ensures that every pupil is supported both academically and emotionally. Our therapy and education teams work closely together to deliver a joined-up, consistent approach.
