At Aurora Eccles School, we’re proud of the progress our young people make, both in their learning and personal development. With tailored support, they work towards qualifications that reflect their individual strengths.

Qualifications

97% success in English qualifications

89% gained a QCF Level 1 or higher outcome in English

100% success in Mathematics qualifications

58% gained a QCF Level 1 or higher outcome in Maths

97% success rate in Science qualifications

14% achieved GCSE Double Award Science

Students gained a mixture of qualifications at levels appropriate to their needs and abilities in

We are extremely proud of our students' high success rates in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award at Bronze and Silver.

This year, our students went on to study courses at Colleges and Sixth Forms ranging from Entry Level consolidation through to A-Level.

Exam Results 2024 - 2025

Qualifications

  • 97% achieved a qualification in English (89% at L1 or higher, including GCSE and Functional Skills)
  • 100% achieved a qualification in mathematics (58% at L1 or higher)
  • 97% achieved a qualification in the sciences

Students also gained a mixture of qualifications at levels appropriate to their needs and abilities in the following subjects/qualifications:

  • 100% of students who attended school regularly attained at least D of E Bronze

  • 82% of students who did not reach expected standards in KS2 SATS attained a good pass in GCSE Maths
  • 63% of students below the level assessed at SATS left with at least a Level 1 qualification in Maths
  • 100% of students who did not meet expected standards in KS2 SATS attained an English qualification
  • 78% of students who have no previous data attained a qualification in Maths and English Post 16
  • 100% of students in post 16 provision as of October half term.
