Aurora Keyes Barn School

Class 3 went on a culinary adventure during Topic this week as they continued learning about healthy eating by making their own soups.

The children worked together to prepare a range of fresh ingredients, carefully chopping vegetables and thinking about the different flavours they could combine. It was great to see everyone getting involved, sharing ideas and helping one another as they created their recipes.

By the end of the session, the classroom smelled amazing and the children had produced a selection of delicious soups using a variety of fresh and healthy ingredients.

It was a brilliant activity that brought together learning, creativity and teamwork – and, of course a chance to taste the results!
