The Gatsby Benchmarks are part of the government's careers strategy and serve as a world class framework. At Aurora Foxes, we pledge to maintain our commitment to excellence, ensuring our career guidance strategy is a collaborative college-wide approach, for the benefit of our students' futures.
Achieving 100% across all benchmarks means that Aurora Foxes successfully meets the criteria of:

The career programme at Aurora Foxes has always been strong, but this year, with the dedicated support of Emma Davis, our Careers and Enterprise Coordinator, we have redoubled our efforts to achieve this significant goal.
