Less than 5% of adults with learning disabilities are currently in employment... and we are determined to change that!
We're very excited to share that we currently feature on several online news sites following some research commissioned by Hilton in partnership with ourselves and the Down's Syndrome Association. Here is a link to the piece in The Mirror Online where you will see some familiar faces!
In early September we will be supporting Hilton by running an educational workshop to help other businesses overcome the perceived challenges around employing someone with a learning disability.
This is all part of our ongoing commitment to making a difference to the young people we work with both now and in the future by changing society's perceptions of the value they add to the workplace. Something we are all very passionate about.
