A festive celebration at Aurora Keyes Barn School

Aurora Keyes Barn School’s Christmas Fair was a great way to round off the term, welcoming families into school to celebrate together. The afternoon had a relaxed, festive feel, with music playing, plenty of conversation and lots for everyone to enjoy.
Hot chocolate station
The hot chocolate station was a popular stop, especially with the extra marshmallows and cream. It was a much-appreciated special treat on a cold winter’s day.
Hot dogs with all the trimmings
Our hot dogs, served with a choice of toppings, kept everyone well fed and fuelled for the afternoon. They were a hit with children and adults alike.
Christmas disco
The disco brought plenty of energy to the fair, with festive favourites and well-known songs getting everyone up and dancing.
Chocolate tombola
The chocolate tombola proved very popular, with lots of excitement and some very happy winners taking home their prizes.
Pin the red nose on the reindeer
This classic game caused plenty of laughter, as children took turns trying to help Rudolph find his nose.
Visit Santa in his grotto
Santa’s grotto was a real highlight for many of our younger visitors. Children enjoyed spending time with Santa and sharing their Christmas wishes.
Paint a ceramic Christmas tree decoration
There was lots of creativity on display as children painted their own ceramic decorations to take home and hang on the tree.
Decorate a Christmas cupcake
The cupcake decorating station was busy throughout the afternoon, with icing, sprinkles and plenty of imagination on show.
It was wonderful to see our school community come together in such a positive and festive way. A big thank you to all the staff who helped organise and run the event.
We wish all our families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
