Careers
We work closely with each student to understand their goals and aspirations and support them to make these a reality!
At Aurora Foxes, we have a dedicated careers team who will support students with work experience and their future options.
Each student has access to speak with the careers team at any time to ask for advice and support with any aspect of employability or future education options. All students will also be offered work experience placements in line with their interests and hopes for the future. In addition to this, all students will have the opportunity to access independent advice and career guidance from an external agency at least once a year.
Working jointly with National Careers Service (NCS), students will meet to identify and discuss their career and/or educational aspirations. They will be provided with essential information regarding their chosen pathways including details of courses & educational institutions, apprenticeship schemes, employers and any prerequisite qualifications.
