Impact Report 2025

It reflects our journey of growth, our commitment to quality, and our drive to aim higher, but most importantly, it celebrates the children, young people, and adults who inspire us every day.

In 2025:

• more than 96% of inspected services were rated Good or Outstanding
• 100% of leavers moved on to education, employment or training, 0% NEET
• we supported more than 1,500 people across our schools, colleges and homes
• we welcomed new services and prepared for four new school openings in 2025 in partnership with local authorities
