Pupils enjoy spooky pumpkin picking trip

Earlier in the term, all the children from Aurora Keyes Barn School had the exciting opportunity to go out and pick their own pumpkin from a local pumpkin patch.
This was great fun for not just the pupils but also the staff, who all got dressed up in spooky Halloween costumes and combined it with what has now become an annual trip for Keyes Barn.
The children loved the experience, with one child saying: “It was amazing as I got to be outside with my friends and I loved it!”
"It was a wonderful morning where every single pupil made us very proud and was a fantastic ambassador for our school while offsite." Michael Roberts, Deputy Headteacher
Upon returning to school, the fun continued as the children got to express their creative side and carve their own pumpkins, ready to take home for Halloween. They showed some super imaginative ideas and created some amazing, creepy pumpkins.
